• Obtain an OpenAI API Key:

  • SupportHeroWP requires an OpenAI API key for full functionality. Follow these simple steps to get it:
    1. Visit the OpenAI API page and sign up or log in to your account.
    2. Navigate to the API Keys section under your account dashboard.
    3. Click Create New Key and copy the generated key.
    4. Return to SupportHeroWP’s settings in WordPress and paste the key into the API Key field.

• Top Up Your OpenAI Account:

  • To ensure uninterrupted access, add credit to your OpenAI account:
    1. In your OpenAI dashboard, go to the Billing section.
    2. Click Add Payment Method to link a card or payment option.
    3. Choose a top-up amount and confirm the transaction.
